CRONIMET Poland plans establishment of new plant in the port of Szczecin
CRONIMET PL Sp. z.o.o., group company of the CRONIMET Group located in Karlsruhe, plans to establish a new plant for purchase, processing and trading of alloyed scrap in the port of Szczecin. CRONIMET Poland expects the start-up of the new plant by the second half of 2012 – as soon as the technical, technological and economic requirements are clarified. The Polish group company has already signed the declaration of intent with the management of the ports of Szczecin and Swinoujscie.
The preparations and the implementation of the investment project are currently running. “We can extend the division trading and recycling in Poland with the establishment at the new location and invest in the regional markets,” said Dr. Michael Vogel, executive board of CRONIMET Poland. The new location guarantees a better supply of our customers, added Vogel.
