Changes in the Management Board of CRONIMET (Holland) BV and CRONIMET Belgium NV
The CRONIMET group announces the following changes:
I. CRONIMET (Holland) BV, Moerdijk
After many years of services John Slotboom has retired from the Management Board of CRONIMET (Holland) BV. John will stay associated with the CRONIMET group on various business activities and will continue to support CRONIMET(Holland) BV as a member of the supervisory board.
Due to this change Thorsten Groening and Ruurd Werner have been appointed as Managing Directors. Both are with CRONIMET for many years and their extensive experience will be a real asset for the future development of CRONIMET’s organization in the Netherlands.
Additionally Olaf Joeckel will join CRONIMET as Managing Director, effective June 01, 2010 and will complete the new Management Team in Moerdijk.
II. CRONIMET Belgium NV, Zutendaal/Genk
Michael Sutter has joined the management board of CRONIMET Belgium as Head of Purchasing/Trading. Michael Sutter joined CROINMET in Karlsruhe/Germany in 2002 and he held various positions with increasing responsibility within the stainless steel department.
With these changes CRONIMET strengthens the team in Benelux and will continue to develop the yard in Moerdjk as the main European export hub.
