CRONIMET Corporation of Rochester, PA, announces the departure of its’ President and CEO, Juergen F. Mross, effective December 1, 2009. He will continue in an advisory role to the company thru 2010. Mr. Mross, who was co-founder of CRONIMET Corporation, has held the executive management position since September 1997. He decided that it was time to depart from the metals business after almost 40 years of service in order to pursue other business interests and spend more time with his family.

CRONIMET Corporation has named Frank Santoro as President/CEO as of December 1, 2009. Mr. Santoro has been with CRONIMET Corporation for over 12 years as its’ Vice-President/COO. In addition, Rocky Frederick and Robert Santoro have been named as Vice-Presidents of CRONIMET Holdings and CRONIMET Corporation, respectively.

CRONIMET Holdings is the parent company of CRONIMET Corporation, United Alloys and Metals, Unico Alloys and Metals, Proinoxa SA de CV and CRONIMET Trading Corporation.
