CRONIMET commitment in Estonia
Karlsruhe - CRONIMET Estonia and Eesti Metall form CRONIMET Eesti Metall
After acquiring the majority of the business operations from ACI Estonia in Paldiski in November 2007 and founding CRONIMET Estonia, the CRONIMET Group now completed another step for the CRONIMET commitment in Estonia.
From December 22, 2008 on CRONIMET Estonia and Eesti Metall form the new joint venture company CRONIMET Eesti Metall.
CRONIMET expands product portfolio
This cooperation provided the CRONIMET Group the opportunity to further expand its product portfolio: CRONIMET Estonia focuses its trades on raw materials for the stainless steel producing industry while Eesti Metall mainly trades in ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap.
Mrs. Eva Pedjak, the previous managing director of Eesti Metall, will continue to be the responsible managing director for the activities in Estonia.
CRONIMET Eesti Metall has 5 locations in Estonia: The headquarter of the company is in Tartu, other branch offices can be found in Tallin, Jõgeva, Valga and Paldiski. The materials, after they have been processed, are mainly sold within Europe
