Working-in phase
At the beginning of your business administration career you will obtain extensive insight in the operational sequences at CRONIMET. In addition an individual work-in schedule will be created which will prepare you for your new task.
During the course of the work-in phase you will sit in on different projects in various departments and, depending on the requirements placed on the knowledge required, you will also be able to actively participate for a while. The goal of the work-in phase is to allow you to become acquainted with the operational sequences as well as with the requirements of upstream and/or downstream areas in order to achieve successful cooperation.
