Teamwork
At CRONIMET we work together in teams. In addition to several staff positions, close collaboration between and across the departments is a general rule. Colleagues can rely on each other for mutual support and solidarity is widespread.
Within the teams there is an active transfer of information and knowledge. This ensures that a continuous exchange takes place for collective decision-making when questions arise and that holiday replacements are not a problem.
Cross department project teams are created so that different interest groups are represented as well as employees with different qualifications who optimally supplement each other.
It is extremely important to us that we hire employees who like to work in teams and who are able to openly share information and know-how. This benefits all team members and improves the quality of the team results.
