Family-like atmosphere
The CRONIMET Group is comprised of more than 50 subsidiaries, participations and representations on four continents and has worldwide more than 4,000 employees. And despite this group structure we have been able to maintain a family-like atmosphere.
The CRONIMET Group continues to be directed by the company founder and his family. Of course, the company has also reinforced management with corresponding decision-makers.
At the headquarters in Karlsruhe flat management and short communication paths ensure that the employees as well as the managerial staff know each other personally. This situation is also further promoted by joint lunch breaks in our cafeteria.
At our subsidiaries managers often at the top have been at the site for years and have close ties to the employees working there.
